Thanking the CBCG for the opportunity to support the organization of this important international event, Žugić referred to two key topics relevant to the conference, namely the current global economic situation and, in particular, the continuation of the fight against inflation, and the activities aimed at Montenegro’s accession to SEPA system, that is, the single area of payment in euros.

He stated that Montenegro, along with the careful creation and implementation of fiscal and monetary policy, must be absolutely committed to structural reforms, which will contribute to the reduction of barriers to stronger economic growth.

During the two days of the conference, participants will discuss a number of economic topics related, among other things, to the role of asset management companies, the challenges of sustainable finance and the dynamics of the state’s relationship with the capital market.
