During this timeframe, the initiation and execution of construction projects, encompassing building and renovation activities, as well as any excavation on public grounds, will be prohibited. Currently, the ban is in effect from July 1st to September 15th.

“In light of the prolonged summer tourism season, it is imperative to implement the construction ban much earlier. In the forthcoming years, we anticipate further adjustments to this measure, aiming for an earlier commencement and later cessation, all aimed at enhancing the satisfaction of both residents and the numerous visitors to Tivat during the summer period,” emphasized the Municipal Secretariat for Economy.
