Minister of Tourism Simonida Kordić has set an ambitious goal to enhance Montenegro’s tourism sector, aiming to place the country prominently on the global tourist map.
During a recent meeting with Ministry staff, Kordić shared her vision for future developments within the department. She stressed the importance of innovation and high-quality service in positioning Montenegro as a regional leader in tourism.
Kordić emphasized the need for the Ministry to stay aligned with global trends and to adopt a forward-thinking approach. She expressed a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment, where every team member’s contributions are valued. According to Kordić, understanding and integrating staff ideas are vital for optimizing the Ministry’s performance.
