The Government of Montenegro, in partnership with the University of Montenegro, is set to develop a restructuring plan for the Dr. Simo Milošević Institute in Igalo. The objective is to transform the institute into a modern, competitive and financially stable entity, as announced by the government.
During its latest meeting, the government approved a cooperation agreement with the University of Montenegro to craft a restructuring plan for the Institute for Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Rheumatology Dr. Simo Milošević AD Igalo.
The project aims to create a thorough restructuring plan that will ensure both immediate financial stability and long-term financial recovery, while also enhancing the institute’s competitive edge.
- The restructuring plan will involve a detailed analysis of the current situation, identification of major issues and challenges, and the proposal of specific measures and activities required for profitable and sustainable operation – the statement noted.
The government highlighted that the restructuring will modernize and stabilize the Igalo Institute, equipping it to address future challenges and continue delivering high-quality health and rehabilitation services.
