“Road infrastructure dominates the capital budget, not only for large projects such as highways and fast roads, but what is especially important for citizens are local roads,” stated Jelena Jovetić from the Ministry of Finance.

Funds will also be directed toward the reconstruction and construction of several school buildings, with Jovetić emphasizing that 200 million euros are earmarked for the healthcare system in Podgorica.

“For the people of Podgorica, the construction of a health center in City Quarter is especially significant. When it comes to the Clinical Center, the planned University Hospital within KCCG is also crucial. It is important for the block to be located in one place,” added Jovetić.

Around 256 million euros will be allocated to the development of municipalities in the north, such as Kolašin and Bijelo Polje, with investments also planned for the Hajla ski resort.
