The Tender Commission for the concession process regarding the use rights of Podgorica and Tivat airports resumed its previous session and confirmed that the technical bids from both applicants are valid, after which they were evaluated.
After both bidders met the minimum required scores and following additional consultations with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the advisor in the process, the Tender Commission concluded that conditions have been met to proceed with the evaluation of the financial offers from both bidders, the commission told Pobjeda.
The continuation of the Tender Commission session is scheduled for tomorrow, by which time the IFC consultant (World Bank) is expected to deliver the financial offer analysis.
The commission will work daily to complete its work and adopt a proposal by the end of the week, which will then be forwarded to the Ministry of Transport, the commission stated.
