Pljevlja Coal Mine has announced a tender worth €450,000 (excluding VAT) for the design of the Stražica residential and commercial complex. The deadline for submissions is July 21 at 12:00 PM, and the project completion period is limited to 120 days.
The project includes architectural concept and main design development for a mixed-use complex with a total built-up area of approximately 22,000 m². The development covers four buildings: one existing and three new structures, with phased construction possible.
Buildings will have ground floors dedicated to commercial and business spaces, while floors one through four will be residential, featuring studios, one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, meeting minimum size standards. Parking will be arranged on-site, including the option for an underground garage.
The goal is to create a comfortable, functional living environment that supports the proper operation of all facilities and provides a pleasant atmosphere for residents.
