Minister Vladimir Joković highlighted Berane’s role as a key center for fruit and livestock production and noted that the facility will enhance access to expertise, EU funds, and market competitiveness.

The project is part of a broader strategy to establish regional offices aligned with Montenegro’s EU accession commitments, specifically Chapter 11 on agriculture and rural development.

Funded by the World Bank through the MIDAS 2 project, the Agriculture House aims to improve institutional coordination, accelerate service delivery, and empower local producers, promoting sustainable rural development.
