Meba announces construction of 28-apartment building with 31 parking spaces in Cetinje

The company Meba plans to build a residential building in Cetinje, consisting of a basement, ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic, housing a total of 28 apartments.

The building will be constructed on a 1,128 m² plot, with a total gross floor area of 3,608 m².

The apartment distribution includes 17 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units, 2 three-bedroom units, and 1 studio apartment. On the ground floor, there will be five one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments. Both the first and second floors will have six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments each. The attic will feature one studio, two two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom apartments.

Parking will be provided in the basement, with 29 spaces, including two reserved for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, there will be two outdoor parking spaces, totaling 31 parking spots. The basement will also accommodate storage and technical rooms.
