Montenegro’s Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Utility Activities (REGAGEN) has granted Jugopetrol a license to operate in the transport of petroleum products using transport vehicles.
The REGAGEN Board approved the decision during its Thursday session.

The license is valid from October 1, 2025, until September 30, 2035.
License holders are required to submit a renewal application at least 60 days before the expiration date if they intend to continue the licensed activity beyond the license period, according to the regulator’s decision.
