The company Investment Group from Podgorica plans to build a five-star hotel in Kolašin. The construction of the building is planned on plots 27 and 28 in the scope of DUP Centar – changes and additions.
This can be seen in the request for consent to the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment submitted by the investor to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Paming protection and mechanical engineering company was in charge of preparing the report.
The location where the hotel is planned to be built is located in the central city area of Kolašin, on the eastern side of the Sports Center site. There is now a family residential building with an area of 59 m², which will be removed according to the project documentation.
The total area of the two plots on which the hotel is planned to be built is 492.32 m2. The hotel will have a basement, ground floor, four floors and an attic. About 33 workers of various professions and qualifications will be employed in the facility.
It will have two underground floors. The first basement will house the garage, technical rooms, ski room, elevators and stairs, corridor and buffer room. The second basement is also intended for technical rooms. Seven garage parking spaces are provided, which satisfies the regulation to provide a parking space for 20% of accommodation units.
The reception, restaurant, kitchen, toilets, office are designed on the ground floor of the hotel. It is planned that the hotel will also have a gallery.
The capacity of the facility is 28 rooms and seven suites, with a total of 47 beds. It is planned that there will be one apartment and seven rooms on the first, second, third and fourth floors. There will be two apartments and a spa center in the attic, and a part of the spa center and a night block of apartments in the attic.
The total gross area of the building is 2,973m2.
