Admiral Holding is one step closer to constructing a residential complex on the site of the former Radoje Dakić factory in Podgorica. The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a decision stating that the construction of the complex does not require an environmental impact assessment. Additionally, the project has received approval from the Chief State Architect.

The planned construction will take place on two plots with a total area of nearly 22,000 square meters. The project includes two buildings with five blocks each, offering a total of 500 apartments. The total surface area of both buildings, including underground floors, will be 64,351 square meters.

The ground floor will host public and business facilities, while the upper floors will feature apartments of various sizes—studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.

The second building, planned for plot UP 15, will also have two underground floors, a ground floor, and five upper floors. This building will include five blocks with a total of 265 apartments. Similar to the first building, the ground floor will be allocated for public and business use, while the upper floors will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
