The bankruptcy trustee has announced the sale of part of the remaining assets of the Adriatic Shipyard in Bijela. The sale includes three parcels of land in the Bijela area.
The first parcel covers an area of 3,934 square meters, with a starting price of €338,309. The second parcel, measuring 1,916 square meters, is being offered at a starting price of €201,961, while the smallest parcel of 384 square meters has a minimum sale price of €128,640.
According to the announcement, the conditions for the sale were met following the legal declaration of bankruptcy of the debtor, as determined by the Commercial Court of Montenegro on October 13, 2015, and December 7, 2023.
Bids must be submitted by November 15 at noon, with the opening of offers scheduled for the same day at 1 PM.
