The Beran-based company Nikola has announced plans to build a new residential building in the center of Berane, covering a total area of 3,354 m² gross. The building will include a basement, ground floor, six upper floors and a setback floor.
The basement will feature a garage with 21 parking spaces, while an additional 8 parking spaces will be located at the ground level, totaling 29 parking spots for the entire building.
On the ground floor, there will be five commercial spaces, an entrance area, and communal rooms.
The upper floors will be dedicated to residential units, consisting of 26 apartments in total. These will include 13 one-bedroom apartments, 6 one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, 2 two-and-a-half-bedroom apartments and 3 three-bedroom apartments.
The project has received approval from the national architect for the conceptual design, which was created by the architectural studio No Form Architects.
