NLB Bank has confirmed that it has confidence in the business plans and strategy of the BIG CEE company

On Thursday, the Israeli company BIG CEE and NLB Bank signed an agreement on a long-term loan worth EUR 24 million for the purchase of the exclusive business-residential complex Capital Plaza, located in the heart of Podgorica. The contract was signed for a period of 10 years.

As one of the leading regional financial institutions, NLB Bank has confirmed that it has confidence in the business plans and strategy of the BIG CEE company, which aims for growth and a leadership position in the shopping center segment in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

– NLB Bank is our strategic partner in Montenegro and we are very satisfied both with the achieved cooperation and with the trust shown through the financing of the Capital Plaza project – said Alon Bargiora, CFO of BIG CEE, it was published on the company’s LinkedIn account.

Marko Čelebić, executive assistant to the member of the Management Board of NLB Bank ad Podgorica, said that with this loan the bank has shown its willingness to support strong development and strategic projects in Montenegro.

NLB Management Board member in charge of corporate and investment banking Andrej Lasič pointed out that NLB Bank is extremely proud to be a partner of BIG CEE.

The contract was signed by Alon Bargiora, financial director at BIG CEE, Martin Leberle, president of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka ad Podgorica and Marko Čelebić, executive assistant of the Board of Directors and director of the Business Sector with legal entities of NLB Banka ad Podgorica.
