Investors Allamont, Phoenix, and Monte Co are a step closer to building a tourist complex in Budva’s Kamenovo area after receiving approval from the Environmental Protection Agency. The project will be located between the coastline and the Budva-Petrovac highway and will include two 4-star hotels and 11 villas, totaling 258 beds.
The agency confirmed that the environmental impact assessment meets legal requirements and includes measures to prevent, reduce, or mitigate environmental harm during construction, operation, and in case of accidents.
The 17,000+ m² complex will feature hotels, villas, pools, restaurants, conference halls, SPA centers, garages, and parking areas, and is expected to employ around 100 workers.
