Several parcels of land in the territory of the municipality of Šavnik will be leased for 30 years for the construction of a wind farm. This concerns land located in the cadastral municipalities of Boan, Tušinja, Krnja Jela, and Timar.
As announced, the Government, at its last session, approved the lease of parcels, and the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property is tasked with forming a Commission for leasing immovables in state ownership.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property has already prepared a draft auction documentation, including: a public invitation, confidentiality statement, informational memorandum, draft long-term lease agreement, and application for participation in the auction.
“The public invitation envisages leasing land covering an area of 2,033,897 m² for a period of 30 years for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a wind farm with an installed capacity of 6.6 KW per wind turbine, at an initial lease price of EUR 569,500 per year,” it was explained.
All legal and natural domestic and foreign persons, as well as consortia, who have purchased auction documentation, paid a deposit amounting to 5% of the initial lease price, i.e., EUR 28,475, signed the draft contract, and registered as participants in the auction, will have the right to participate in the public tender.
