The value of completed construction works on buildings amounted to 270 million euros, while on other constructions it was 385 million euros, as reported by Mina.
“In the past year, 1,560 apartments with a total area of 88,000 square meters were completed,” the statement added. Apartment prices vary depending on demand, which also affects the pace of residential construction. Statisticians noted that the average price per square meter of new apartments in Podgorica was 1,760 euros, in the coastal region 1,860 euros, in the central region 958 euros, and in the northern region 1,200 euros.
