The Environmental Protection Agency has made public the request for a decision on the need to develop an environmental impact assessment for the construction of a 5-star hotel with annexes in Tivat.
The project investor, as indicated in the document available for public review until February 17, is the company Navar Incorporated d.o.o. Tivat. The project was designed by the company Moncore from Podgorica.
Navar plans to build a 5-star hotel on cadastral parcel number 4729/1 KO Tivat, covering an area of 30,772.96 m², on land previously used for various production and storage purposes.
The location is near the City Beach and Kalardovo Beach, close to the Navar nautical center – shipyard and marina in Bonići. The complex, ranging from one to four floors and covering a total area of 25,479.84 m², will consist of 4 buildings spanning 5,806 m².
The hotel will have 292 accommodation units with 480 beds and 153 parking spaces, including 90 spaces in underground garages.
The plan also includes the construction of two outdoor pools within the complex, surrounded by greenery. The buildings, in pastel colors, will feature a base clad in local stone.
