The boards of directors of all member companies of the EPCG Group, during a consultative meeting held in Nikšić, supported the proposal for the first ESG strategy for the EPCG Group. The group consists of EPCG AD Nikšić, CEDIS, EPCG Solar Construction, Pljevlja Coal Mine, EPCG Steelworks Nikšić, Zeta Energy, and EPCG Belgrade, according to their statement.
They added that the ESG strategy represents a set of standards guiding corporate policies to align with sustainable development concepts in the areas of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
The strategy, developed in cooperation with UNDP Montenegro and supported by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Mining, Oil, and Gas, will soon be adopted across all EPCG Group members. These companies have committed to working diligently on its implementation, with full support and inter-company cooperation, they explained.
