Extension of deadline for leasing maritime domain due to high demand

The tender process for leasing parts of the maritime domain is progressing successfully, with a strong response from interested parties, confirming the significance and attractiveness of the offered locations.

Public calls are being published daily, in line with the planned timeline and in strict adherence to the prescribed procedures, according to a statement from the Public Enterprise Maritime Domain (Morsko dobro).

“Due to high demand and to accommodate all interested parties, a decision has been made to extend the deadline for submitting offers within the public calls. The new deadline will be extended by an additional seven days for each published public call for the lease of beaches,” said representatives from Morsko dobro.

It is further added that amendments to the public calls have been posted on the official website of the company, with clearly defined deadlines, methods, times, and locations for submitting offers.

“The offer opening process will proceed according to the timeline of the published public calls, ensuring an efficient and transparent procedure,” Morsko dobro concluded.
