The Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Janko Odović, announced that his focus will be on the development and appearance of Montenegro, but also on the responsible management of state property.
“On this task, the two most important elements are urgency and high quality in the preparation of spatial planning documents, which will direct the development of the territory of Montenegro and be the basis for attracting sustainable investments, stopping the departure of existing investors and bringing in new investors”, stated Odović in a statement.
According to him, one of the priority directions of action is the amendment of legal and by-laws that regulate the area of ​​state property, the inventory of property and the establishment of the register of state property.
“By digitizing the mentioned data, we will enable citizens to have insight into the register, and therefore to have a control and corrective function when it comes to the management of state resources,” concluded Odović.
