The third solar power plant will be built in Nikšić, and the investor is the Green Energy Investment company from Podgorica. This energy facility will be built in the Šipčano II settlement, and the total area of the site is approximately 228 hectares.

According to the study prepared by the Podgorica Liming Project, the installed power of the planned power plant is 195 MWp, and the peak power is 160 MW.

The fourth solar power plant will be built in Tuzi, and the Phyllon company is behind this project. It is planned that the power plant will be built in the settlement of Dinoša, and the solar panels will cover about 15.5 hectares. According to the conducted analyses, the electric screen will have a total installed active power of 10 MW.

The concept envisages solutions with 3 central inverters with integrated MV plants with a nominal power of 2×3,437 MVA and 1×3,126 MVA (10 MVA in total).
