The company Jugopetrol has announced a call for suppliers to build a gas station with accompanying facilities on the Bar-Boljare highway.
According to the call, all interested companies must submit a letter of intent by February 7, no later than 3 PM.
Selected companies will be contacted after the evaluation of the submitted letters and invited to participate in the bidding process. Detailed specifications will be provided in the tender documentation, which will only be sent to the selected companies.
The call states that all submitted letters will be treated as confidential documents. Jugopetrol reserves the right to cancel the call or withdraw from the tender at any time, for any reason, and without liability. It also reserves the right not to consider any or all of the letters of intent and may choose to invite only those companies it deems qualified.
As a reminder, in June of last year, Monteput announced that Jugopetrol would build the first gas station on the highway. It will be located at the Gornje Mrke rest area, on the right side in the direction from Podgorica. The land has been leased for 25 years, and the planned construction includes a building with a maximum of two floors (P+1) that will feature a public fountain and restroom, first aid and information service, a spare parts and equipment store, an informational-tourism point, an indoor café with a terrace, accommodation for café and gas station staff, inspection and police facilities, as well as a storage area for materials and tools, fueling stations, tanks, green areas, and a temporary waste disposal site.
In July, Jugopetrol also issued a call for expressions of interest for the selection of a designer and supervisory expert for the construction of the gas station. A second gas station is planned for the left side of the Gornje Mrke rest area in the direction from Podgorica, and the final tender for this project was announced in November last year.
