Kolašin 1450 approved to build new four-star Hotel C

Ski Resort Kolašin 1450 has received environmental approval to build Hotel C in KO Smrčje as part of the Bjelasica and Komovi mountain center project. The project also has design approval from the Chief State Architect and urban-technical permits, with design work completed by studio Moncore from Podgorica.

The environmental impact assessment confirmed that the project complies with national regulations and includes measures to prevent, reduce, or mitigate environmental harm. The approval requires the developer to implement all environmental protection measures during construction, operation, and in case of accidents, as well as to monitor the project’s environmental impact.

Hotel C is planned as a four-star facility with a basement, ground floor, two upper floors, and an attic. The building will have two structural sections to allow seamless circulation. The hotel will include 10 commercial spaces, a supermarket, and 56 guest units with 134 beds. The net floor area is 6,277.38 m², and the gross area is 7,606.92 m².
