Kotor is currently hosting 2,360 visitors, according to the Kotor Tourist Organization.
Of this number, the majority are staying in private accommodations, with 1,350 guests, predominantly from Russia, Turkey, Serbia, the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as reported by Radio Kotor.
There are 988 tourists staying in hotels, with the largest groups coming from Turkey, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Bulgaria, Israel, and Sweden. Additionally, 26 tourists are staying in hostels.
Last week, Kotor was visited by 7,810 excursionists, with the largest groups coming from Turkey, Germany, the United States and China.
The Tourist Information Center at Kameni Kiosk and the Foreigners’ Registration Office, which also handles the collection of excursion taxes, have been operating from 8 AM to 8 PM since April 1st.
On the same date, new points for foreigners’ registration and collection of accommodation taxes began operations in Risan and on Sveti Stasije, open weekdays from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Additionally, the Tourist Information Center at Gurdić has opened and operates every weekday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
