Last year, state aid was awarded in the total amount of EUR 10,122,323, which compared to the total state aid awarded in 2021, which amounted to EUR 44,931,921, represents a decrease of 77.47%, according to the report on granted state aid in 2022, adopted at the Government session.
As stated, the percentage of state aid participation in public expenditures decreased from 1.83 in 2021 to 0.39 in 2022.
The report contains an analytical overview of all state aid granted in 2022, with revised data for 2020 and 2021, in accordance with the prescribed methodology of the European Union and the Rulebook on the content of the annual report on state aid granted.
As explained, the report, in accordance with the Rulebook, did not show incentives for the development of agriculture and fisheries, because the reporting methodology was changed, so that the agriculture and fisheries sector, unlike previous years, is not presented in the annual report.
