Company LD Invest has received approval from Montenegro’s Environmental Protection Agency to build a multi-family residential and commercial building (Po+P+5) within the “Green City” complex in Podgorica.
According to the Agency’s decision, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) will not be required for the project. The investor must, however, comply with all technical standards and environmental protection measures defined in the project documentation.
The planned development will be built on three plots totaling 9,785 m² in the Podgorica I cadastral zone. The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning, and Urbanism has already issued urban-technical conditions for the project.
The Green City complex will be constructed in four phases, comprising:
- Three residential and commercial buildings (A, B, and C), and
- An underground garage (D).
Phase 1 includes Building C with 70 apartments and 14 commercial units. Phase 2 and 3 will add Building B (90 apartments, 18 commercial spaces) and Building A (120 apartments, 24 commercial spaces). Building D, a subterranean garage, will provide 187 parking spaces, while the entire complex will have 239 spaces in total.
The total gross above-ground area of the complex will amount to 20,548.41 m².
