Mani company to build 56-apartment tourist complex in Bar

The company Mani from Budva is set to build a tourist apartment block in Bar, covering a gross area of 6,804.05 square meters. The building will have eight floors and a total of 56 apartments of various sizes.

The design, created by the Basketing studio, has been approved by the chief state architect. The apartment block will be built within the boundaries of the DUP Topolica IV plan in the KO Novi Bar area. The plot size where the building will be located is 2,136 square meters. According to the documentation, the building is designed as a freestanding structure with a floor plan consisting of a basement, ground floor, and eight upper floors. The total floor area above ground is 5,621 square meters, with the overall gross surface area of the building being 6,804.05 square meters.

The ground floor will feature a reception area with a lobby and six tourist apartments. From the first to the eighth floor, there will be an additional 50 apartments in different sizes, bringing the total number of apartments in the building to 56.

A total of 56 parking spaces will be provided, all located in an underground garage. According to the project, approximately 46% of the land will be landscaped with greenery.

Additionally, the company is planning another investment in Bar. A nearby property will feature a mixed-use residential and commercial building split into two blocks. This development will have 11 floors and a total of 123 units, including 54 apartments and 63 residential units. The ground floor will also house 10 commercial spaces. This project has also received approval from the chief state architect.
