The Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Utility Services (REGAGEN) has granted a license to the Podgorica-based company Medex Electric for electricity supply operations.
The REGAGEN Board made the decision at a meeting held at the end of January.
The license is valid from January 30 of this year until January 29, 2035.
“The license holder is required to submit a request for a new license 60 days before the expiration of the current one if they intend to continue the licensed activity after the license expires,” the regulator’s decision states.
REGAGEN also approved the request of the company Lukana Zeta for an amendment to its license for the transport of petroleum derivatives by transport vehicles.
