Montenegro approves sale of two Crnogorska Plovidba ships to Danish buyer

Montenegro’s government has approved the sale of two ships, Kotor and 21. maj, owned by Crnogorska Plovidba, to Danish company K/S Navision Group for a total of 13.2 million dollars. The company’s shareholders have officially verified the decision, and the sales contract is expected to be signed tomorrow.

The Danish buyer will pay 5.75 million dollars for Kotor, with a 39.12 percent deposit on an escrow account, and take delivery by December 1 at Tyne Port in the UK. The 21. maj vessel is also priced at 5.75 million dollars, with a 30 percent deposit, and is scheduled for delivery to Paradip Port in India by September 22.
