The Ministry of Maritime Affairs has announced plans to expand the network of maritime routes between Montenegro and its neighboring countries.
In addition to the current Budva–Dubrovnik route, which will continue to operate during the upcoming summer season, a new Kotor–Dubrovnik route will be introduced next year, as announced by Minister of Maritime Affairs, Filip Radulović.
“We are confident that the new Kotor–Dubrovnik route will further enhance the friendly and economic relations between our two countries, while making our coastlines even more appealing to visitors,” said Radulović.
The new routes will operate from June 2 to September 30, 2025, offering a faster, more comfortable and environmentally friendly connection between Montenegro and Croatia.
“These routes will not only contribute significantly to the growth of tourism and the strengthening of economic ties between the two countries but will also ease travel for both locals and tourists, reduce road traffic congestion and support environmental sustainability,” Radulović concluded.
