Montenegro issues 30 construction permits in Q1, approves development of 117 apartments

In Montenegro, 30 building permits and construction notifications were issued in the first quarter, according to preliminary data from Monstat.

Out of the total permits and notifications, 22 were granted to individuals and 8 to companies.
