The Tivat-Jaz Boulevard is approximately 16 kilometers long, with construction having started in January 2024. About eight kilometers are currently paved, with an additional two kilometers expected to be asphalted in August. Traffic is flowing in both directions on much of the route.

The project is financed by a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with a total value of €54 million. It is considered a key coastal roadway expected to alleviate traffic congestion once completed. The scheduled completion date is January 2026.
