“The length of the roadway is approximately two and a half kilometers, and the goal is for both infrastructure segments—the bridge and the access road—to be completed simultaneously as part of the modernization of the road infrastructure,” the statement said.

The Directorate also reminded that a tender has already been announced for the design and construction of the new interstate bridge between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) at the Šćepan Polje location. The implementation of the bridge, together with the planned access road, represents a significant step forward in improving safety and overall traffic connectivity between the two countries.
