As it was announced recently, the interest of investors in the construction of plants for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources is growing. This is evidenced by the request for the construction of a wind park in Pljevlja, for which urban planning and technical conditions have been issued.
– UT conditions were issued at the request of a natural person for a location within the cadastral municipalities of Bobovo and Kruševo, on the territory of the municipality of Pljevlja with a total area of 1,671,700 m². According to the analysis of the applicant, it was determined that the potential amount of electricity produced, with 20 turbines with a total power of 120 MW, amounts to 393.80 GWh – the Government announced.
As they stated after yesterday’s session, the Government issued urban planning and technical requirements for the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of a facility for the production of electricity from renewable resources of the wind field – wind park, in accordance with Article 218c of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction and Article 2 of the Rulebook on closer to the criteria for evaluating requests for issuing urban planning and technical conditions for the construction of facilities for the production of electricity from renewable sources of the sun and other renewable sources.
Let us remind you that the Government has also issued UT conditions for the construction of solar power plants in Nikšić and Cetinje.
Let us remind you that the Minister of Ecology, Ana Novaković Đurović, recently said at one of the sessions that the simplification of the legal procedure for the construction of facilities for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources has already yielded results in practice.
– Investor interest is really high, the percentage of installation of solar panels is increasing, and we received four new requests for the construction of solar power plants, as well as one for the wind park in Pljevlja. It is important that we now have legal procedures in this area and the possibility to bring this story to an end. I appeal to all institutions that are part of this request processing process to provide us with their opinions promptly. It would be good if next year we have a certain construction of a larger facility, especially a solar power plant – said the minister, local media reports.
