The most prestigious American companies have expressed interest in enhancing trade and economic relations with Montenegro. In this regard, these companies will visit our country, announced the Minister of Economic Development, Nik Đeljošaj, announcing their visit for Monday, February 10.
“Just three months after the official visit of the Montenegrin government delegation to Washington, which I led, and during which I signed a Memorandum of Economic Cooperation between Montenegro and the United States on behalf of Montenegro, we are on the right track to take another progressive step in this area. The success and productivity of this Memorandum are immediately visible, which is why the most prestigious American companies have shown interest in enhancing trade and economic relations with Montenegro. These companies will visit our country, and I will officially welcome them on behalf of the Government of Montenegro on Monday, February 10,” said Đeljošaj in a statement sent to the media.
The historic number of American companies that will visit Montenegro within the framework of ACEBA, according to the minister, represents an excellent opportunity to deepen close economic ties, as promoted by the Memorandum, which opens doors for concrete developmental and investment cooperation.
“More than ever, I am proud of signing this Memorandum and institutionalizing our partnership, which will result in the arrival of American capital in Montenegro, something that both I and the Government consider very important. Through the exchange of experiences and the engagement of American companies, we will achieve economic growth and progress for the benefit of all citizens. We are decisively moving forward towards overall development, together with our proven American allies, now and forever,” concluded Đeljošaj.
