Montenegro’s airports announced the opening of new routes

More than two million passengers passed through both Montenegrin airports as of October 8th, while the revenues in the first nine months of this year are at the level of 28 million euros, announced the President of the Board of Directors of Airports of Montenegro, Eldin Dobardžić.

He also announced the opening of new routes.

“The results of the talks are more than good for us, I would say excellent, beyond expectations and we have confirmed the opening of some new lines that will take place at the beginning of the next summer season, which starts already at the end of March,” said Dobardžić.

He stated that it will be from the middle of April, May, and some confirmed to them that the flights will start in June.

“There is significant interest in the activation of some routes from the Tivat airport. For example, a line between Tivat and Berlin will be established for the first time, which is a strategic route”, said Dobardžić. A direct line will also be established with Tallinn, as well as between Podgorica and Turkish Izmir.
