Montenegro’s banks post €114 million profit in Q3, led by CKB, NLB, and Hipotekarna

Ten commercial banks in Montenegro reported positive results at the end of the third quarter of this year, with a combined profit of 114.18 million euros, according to data published by the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG).

The largest profit was recorded by Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka (CKB) with 42.68 million euros, followed by NLB Bank with 20.12 million euros and Hipotekarna Bank with 17.92 million euros.

Erste Bank earned 13.4 million euros, Prva Bank 4.97 million, and Universal Capital Bank 4.17 million euros.

Addiko Bank posted a profit of 3.72 million euros, Lovćen Bank 3.59 million, Zapad Bank 3.18 million, and Ziraat Bank 434,000 euros.

The only bank to report a loss was Adriatic Bank, which ended the third quarter with a deficit of 1.72 million euros.
