Montenegro’s construction sector grows 2.7% in 2024 with 1,680 new apartments completed

The value of completed construction works in Montenegro last year amounted to 672 million EUR, marking a 2.7% increase compared to 2023, according to data from Monstat.

The value of construction works on buildings reached 345 million EUR, while works on other structures accounted for 327 million EUR.

“In the past year, 1,680 apartments were completed, with a total usable area of 98,000 square meters,” the statement added.
