In 2024, the total value of construction work completed in Montenegro reached €672 million, marking a 2.7% increase compared to the previous year, according to data from Monstat. Of this, €345 million was attributed to buildings and €327 million to other types of construction.
Construction companies completed 1,676 apartments last year, with a total usable floor area of 98,000 square meters. Additionally, there were 2,498 unfinished apartments totaling 190,000 square meters.
