The company Morsko dobro has announced a public call for leasing beach areas in the municipalities of Bar and Ulcinj.
Bids must be submitted by March 4, with the opening of bids planned for the same day.
Morsko dobro previously clarified that all participants in the tender must purchase the tender documentation. The cost of the documentation is 100 EUR.
Eligible bidders include domestic or foreign individuals, businesses, legal entities, or individual entrepreneurs, as well as groups of bidders in a joint offer (consortium), provided they meet the requirements of the public call.
Contracts will be signed for a period of four years, from the date of the contract signing until December 31, 2028, provided that the lessee has fulfilled their contractual obligations and the contract has not been terminated unilaterally or by mutual agreement.
Morsko dobro had previously announced a tender for beaches in the municipality of Budva, from Jaz to Buljarica.
