The company Morsko dobro has announced a call for bids to lease beaches in Herceg Novi, as well as beaches for active recreation.
The beaches for active recreation include those for kite/wind surfing, sports and recreational activities, adrenaline activities, and diving.
Bids must be submitted by March 7, with the opening of offers scheduled for the same day.
Morsko dobro previously explained that all participants in the tender are required to purchase the tender documentation.
The price for the tender documentation is 100 euros.
Bidders can be domestic or foreign individuals, companies, legal entities, or entrepreneurs, either individually or as a consortium, provided they meet the requirements of the public call.
Contracts will be concluded for a period of four years, from the signing of the contract until December 31, 2028, provided the lessee has fulfilled the contractual obligations and the contract has not been terminated unilaterally or by mutual agreement.
Morsko dobro had previously announced tenders for beaches in the Budva area, from Jaz to Buljarica, as well as for Bar and Ulcinj, and in Kotor and Tivat. A tender has also been published for leasing hotels and beaches for special purposes, such as a children’s holiday resort.
