Montenomaks C&L and Nelt MNE, which operated under the name Neregelia until September 1 of last year, have officially merged into a single legal entity and now operate under the unified name – Nelt MNE. Both companies are leading players in the logistics and distribution sector in Montenegro and are part of the regional Nelt Group business system.

As announced, this strategic decision by Nelt Group aims to create synergy between the businesses, making them stronger, more efficient, and more competitive on the Montenegrin market.

Operating under a new name with strong symbolism, Nelt MNE combines Montenomaks’ extensive experience in comprehensive logistics services and the business excellence of the former Neregelia in distribution. The integration brings significant advantages in operational efficiency, resource utilization, and most importantly, adds value to all partners and clients.

“Our employees, their expertise and dedication, are key to the success of this process. I am confident that together we will achieve the ambitions we have set. Nelt MNE continues the tradition of quality, trust, and responsibility established by Neregelia and Montenomaks, while bringing new energy and a vision that will lead us to sustainable, long-term success,” said Ljilja Pižurica, Executive Director of Nelt MNE.

The integration process was carefully planned and implemented throughout 2024. It included several complex phases to ensure a smooth transformation with no impact on the quality of cooperation with all business partners.

“Combining our companies into Nelt MNE marks the beginning of a new phase in our operations. With a unified name and clear vision, the company is entering a new era, ready to strengthen its leadership position and contribute further to Montenegro’s economy. This integration is not just a name change; it is an opportunity to become stronger and more innovative in responding to the increasingly demanding and competitive market,” Pižurica added.

Nelt MNE collaborates with numerous principals and clients in logistics. Some of their principals in the fast-moving consumer goods and pharmaceuticals sectors include Baby Food Factory, Mars, Braun, Procter & Gamble, DeLonghi, Kraš, Mondelez, Chips Way, Kenvue, Seba Med, Dr. Colić, and others.
