A new four-star hotel will be built in Bečići, with the investor, Sunraf Plus from Budva, receiving approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the project’s realization.

The agency issued a decision confirming that an environmental impact assessment (EIA) is not required for the project’s implementation. However, the investor must adhere to the project’s documentation, technical norms, and standards specified for this type of building during the project’s operation and in the event of an accident. The investor is also obligated to implement all measures outlined in the documentation that determined the need for the environmental impact assessment.
