New residential complex with 37 apartments planned in Budva

The company Budva Investment Montenegro, along with several individuals, plans to construct a residential complex of nearly 5,000 square meters in the Dubovica neighborhood. The complex will be divided into three segments and will feature a total of 37 apartments. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, a panoramic elevator with a view of the sea and a children’s playground.

The investor has obtained approval from the chief state architect for the project’s realization and the design solution was developed by the Crta studio from Podgorica.

As previously mentioned, the complex will have a basement, a cellar, and three segments, each with a ground floor and two upper floors. The total area of the building is 4,808.82 m² net, or 4,832.10 square meters gross. The document specifies that it is a functional residential building with 37 apartments and a garage in the basement and cellar. The total number of parking spaces is 46, with 23 in the basement and 23 in the cellar.

Of the 37 apartments, the design includes 18 studio apartments, 9 one-bedroom apartments, 5 one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments, 1 two-bedroom apartment and 4 three-bedroom apartments.

In terms of landscaping, retaining walls will be built due to the terrain’s configuration, along with the swimming pool, children’s playground and panoramic elevator offering a sea view.
