The Directorate for Capital Projects has announced a new tender for the construction of a sports and recreational zone in Tuzi, specifically for the construction of the Sukuruć Sports Center.
The value of the works has been increased compared to the previous tender, now amounting to EUR 9.08 million excluding VAT, or nearly EUR 11 million with VAT included. On the first tender, the value of the works was EUR 10.66 million including VAT.
The technical deadline for completion of the works is 730 days from the commencement of the contractor’s work.
Bids must be submitted by May 12th, by 10:00 AM. As previously announced, the sports center will include facilities for basketball, volleyball, and team sports, as well as an indoor pool. The construction of the sports center in Tuzi is planned in the Vuksanlekići neighborhood, on a plot of nearly 9,000 square meters.
