The representative of the tour operator Happy Tours, Sašo Krumpak, said that at this event, Montenegro stands out with its diverse offer.
“This is a very well-organized and well-attended event, and Montenegro has a nice stand and a diverse offer, which makes it stand out at this event. The most impressive offer to us is the offer of new hotels and a large number of newly built complexes in your country, which greatly contributed to a better impression among tourists”, said Krumpak.
In addition to scheduled B2B business meetings, the two-day program is complemented by a series of lectures dedicated to product development and optimization, overcoming operational obstacles and effective management of public/private destinations, with a focus on mutual exchange of experiences.
The European Tour Operators Association (ETOA), which is the organizer of the business workshop in London, is a non-profit association that, in addition to tour operators, gathers European tourist organizations, hotels, tourist attractions and other companies that provide services in the field of tourism, from global brands to independent local businesses.
