Opportunity for investors – Land spanning over 2 million square meters in Šavnik is being leased for the construction of a wind farm

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property has invited all interested investors to participate in a public tender for the long-term lease of state-owned land for the construction of a wind farm at the Sinjajevina site in the municipality of Šavnik.

The land is leased for 30 years for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a wind farm with a minimum installed capacity of 6.6 MW per wind turbine.

The location designated for the construction of the wind farm is within the cadastral municipalities of Boan, Tušinja, Krnja Jela, and Timar, with a total area of all parcels being 2,033,897 m2. The starting annual lease price is 569,500 EUR.

The future investor is obliged to build a wind farm with a minimum installed capacity of 6.6 MW per wind turbine on the leased land.

All legal and natural persons, both domestic and foreign, as well as consortia, have the right to participate in the tender if they have purchased the auction documentation, paid a deposit of 5% of the initial lease price, amounting to 28,475 EUR, signed the draft contract, and registered as participants in the auction.

The deadline for submitting applications is no later than March 1st at 1:00 PM. Applications are submitted exclusively by direct delivery to the Commission, at the following address: Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property, IV Proleterske brigade Street No. 19, Podgorica, office No. 312.
