Montenegro sees 2.7% yearly increase in industrial producer prices for Q3

In the third quarter of this year, producer prices for industrial products in Montenegro rose by 2.7% compared to the same period last year, according to data from Monstat.

Statistics show that the mining and quarrying sectors saw a notable increase of 7.9%, while the manufacturing industry experienced a rise of 1.7%.

“In the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply sector, prices remained stable, reflecting the same levels as in the third quarter of last year,” the statement noted.

When compared to the previous quarter, producer prices for industrial goods fell by 0.4%. The mining and quarrying sector reported a decline of 3.2%, while the manufacturing sector recorded a slight increase of 0.4%. Prices in the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply sector also remained unchanged from the second quarter.
